This is what sets our services apart. We offer no upfront fees consultations. Homeowners choosing to sell will inquire fees based on the level of intervention needed from our legal team and will be paid directly from the proceeds of the sale of the home.

Do all heirs need to agree before selling an inherited property?

No, in the unfortunate event where heirs are unable to agree on the sale of a property, heirs wanting to proceed with the sale of the home can engage in a partition in order to receive equity from the home.
